Tim is great We purchased my wife's 2012 Prius and worked with Tim. He was very laid back, no pressure, just answered our questions and worked with us on the deal We purchased my wife's 2012 Prius and worked with Tim. He was very laid back, no pressure, just answered our questions and worked with us on the deal. I just got back from talking to him about trading in the Prius on a new Highlander. He is the exact same guy, 7 years later. He laid out the numbers, listened to and answered my questions. Highly recommend working with him if you're interested in buying a new or used Toyota. More

No pressure The best experience when buying a vehicle. I never felt pressured into buying. Toyota has a great reputation for an excellent project. Review Excellent experience buying the car. A bit surprised with customer service a few weeks after the purchase. My front turning light stopped working Excellent experience buying the car. A bit surprised with customer service a few weeks after the purchase. My front turning light stopped working only 3 weeks after purchase. When asked for replacement, I was told it was not covered under warranty as a normal wear and tear. What kind of wear or tear could I have done in this short period of time to cause this? This is a brand new car and I think it should be covered. More
