Terrible service i visited the dealership to have my car diagnosed for transmission issues they told me i needed my catalytic converter replaced i replaced it and the car was still jerking Amanda told me th diagnosed for transmission issues they told me i needed my catalytic converter replaced i replaced it and the car was still jerking Amanda told me that i had to fix the catalytic converter before they could diagnose the transmission issues which was a load of Crap… so now I’m out of 1500 for a catalytic converter that i didn’t need and a shot transmission that Amanda stated Nissan would not cover because i didn’t have my car serviced at Nissan… i would not recommend this brand of car or dealership to anyone More

Serra Nissan has a really big variety of cars for everyone, and I think their pricing for services is pretty reasonable (especially during tire specials time!). I had a pretty great trade-in experience for a brand new Kicks, and I appreciate the staff for making sure any concerns I had were taken care of in a pretty timely manner. Some of the notable folks I worked with were Liz and Dragon, and they'll take good care of you. More
