I have to say, I was a little nervous to find out my previous SA was no longer with the US b years & have always received top rated customer service. I have to say, I was a little nervous to find out my previous SA was no longer with the US branch a few visits ago. However, my new SA, Chong, is just as AWESOME! He is attentive, very responsive & always goes above and beyond. Thank you for another great experience! Tim in sales was also great. The most important thing you can do as a salesperson is to listen to your customer and try to match what they are looking for with inventory you have. I felt that Tim did this & when they didn't have a vehicle that fit my needs, Tim did not become pushy or dismissive. Instead he remained informative and helpful. Great job everyone. More
