Tim was extremely thorough and friendly. He went through each step of the process patiently and endeavored to include the children in the excitement of a new car. The only recommendation I have towards the dealer is to have a dedicated delivery area. Taking possession of a new vehicle in an active service lot, with children, is a nerve wracking experience. It's great that the dealership is so busy but, a quieter, less active spot would have been more ideal. Beyond that point, I would highly recommend not only Hasset but especially Tim if you're in the market for a new vehicle. Nice atmosphere, no high pressure sales gimmicks, friendly staff, family owned and a tremendous amount of vehicles to see. We hope to do business there again in the future. More

My Salesman Tim Copolla was great. We sat down told him what we were looking for and he went through the highs and the lows. He went through all the options and let us decide what would work for us.
