After reviewing both on the Internet and "new" car magazines I test drove both. What made me stay with the Ford brand was the customer service I recieved at Hassett Ford from Tim Coppola. He was very knowledgable about the Ford Explorer and was able explain all of my different financing options. I had an overall stress less experience during what I expected to be a stressful time. Ford was offering a lease program that forgave the rest of my payments and put me in a new 2012 Lincoln MKZ (I had a 2011). Tom Coppola sent me letters and emails informing me that I met the requirements o of my payments and put me in a new 2012 Lincoln MKZ (I had a 2011). Tom Coppola sent me letters and emails informing me that I met the requirements of this new program. I met with Tim and he put me in a 2012 Lincoln that had more features than my 2011 for 10 dollars less than my original agreement. Thanks, Tim! More

I stopped into the Hassett Lincoln dealership because the lease on my 2009 Lincoln was due to expire in September. In particular I was looking for Tim Coppola who was the salesman for my previous purchase. Tim welcomed me as though I had been seeing him in the dealership everyday for the last 3 years. Tim asked if I was happy with my 2009 MKX and then proceeded to design a 2013 that met my desires. He explained very clearly the benefits available if I wished to accelerate my purchase from September into July including having Lincoln pay my last two payments, and lowing my current monthly payment. It was too good an offer to refuse. Tim proceeded to search for the exact vehicle I was looking for, despite some non-standard features, and offered to order the car from the factory if he could find what I was looking for. Within a day he found the perfect car and arranged for me to be driving it within three days. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Hassett and particular with Tim Coppola as a first class salesman. He made the experience as painless as buying a car can be and I expect that all my future car purchases will be made at Hassett. Hopefully, Tim Coppola will always be there when I return. More
