Though I have purchase a car from this facility in the past, Tim went beyond the call of duty with his professionalism, expertise, pleasantness and giving me the personal attention that I required. Not knowing whether to buy or purchased a pre-owned model, Tim spent a significant amount of time explaining the differences so I could select the car that was best for me. There was no hard sell and he was able to guide me to what was best for me as a customer. Though your business is represented by a good name, it is the people that makes the company a success such as your Tim Capppola. Being in the medical business for the past 30 years as corporate president and CEO I am quite familiar with all the tricks of the trade. Even though you might have a great product you need the people that work for the company to support it or you will have no business. One last comment to make. I became disabled (2 years ago) with some paralysis and have to use a hand cart to walk around. Tim's "Beyond the Call of Duty" good nature helped me tremendously by him doing all the running around , preparing the car, moving it close to the front for easy access for me, prep work, prime and ready to go once I got into the vehicle. Tim was there every step of the way to help assist me with my handicap which I deeply appreciate. I will highly recommend this sales associate and your facility to purchase vehicles in the future. Not only did he get me out of the lease; he was also able to show me some equity and get me into a higher available mile lease on a new F-150. But, it doesn't stop there. I left something of extreme value in my surrendered truck and when I called him, he was able to secure it and hold it until I picked it up.
