I have been leasing a Ford for several years with Hassett-Ford. With the economy the way it is, I was a little reluctant to get back into a new Lease with the same type of vehicle looking for someth Hassett-Ford. With the economy the way it is, I was a little reluctant to get back into a new Lease with the same type of vehicle looking for something that was a little easier on the wallet, more economical with better gas mileage. After coming away from a Ford Edge, my biggest concern was being too low to the ground. I like being up high. Tim Coppola ran the numbers and gave me an assortment of options to think about... we did some comparisons and took test drives. It didn't help that I kept changing my mind. He was very patient. He then came up with an option that he thought I might like. I am now the proud owner (via lease) of a 2013 Ford Escape which is higher than a sedan, gets good gas mileage and has so many extras. Tim went above and beyond the call of duty for me. More

He seemed to have all the time in the world to help me when I knew that he was really busy. For example, when he showed me the car before I drove off, he explained each and every feature in detail so he could be sure that I would be able to operate the car. I was very close to buying a Honda Fit --and then I called Hasset Ford and luckily got to speak to Tim. He was fair and honest and friendly. In sum, he made the entire experience easy. I just picked up my third car from Hassett today. I've worked with Tim Coppola on all three. My 2013 Explorer is off the charts. Tim is the the most knowledgeable and also the most professional new I've worked with Tim Coppola on all three. My 2013 Explorer is off the charts. Thorough, prepared, prompt and he always has a kind word and a smile on his face. I never question the deal I get from Tim and there's no point in shopping it. It's never been beaten. Tim always finds a way to get you more than you thought you could afford for less than you would otherwise expect to spend. The Hassett service department is the best on Long Island.
