Timothy was wonderful! I wanted to buy a new Prius, so I called ahead to make an appointment for the next day. We showed up the very next day, and he had already gone to another dealer to pick up exactly what we wanted! So impressed and happy. I love my new Prius. Then, I forgot to bring my registration and title (duh!) and for a moment thought the sale couldn't go through. John, the manager knew just who to call and got what we needed, so happy ending!! More
