When shopping for a new or used vehicle there are many dealerships that can pressure you which can make your buying experience very stressful, which is why many shoppers turn to the internet and conduct their business online. This was the approach I took and stumbled across the vehicle of my dreams. However, the price was too good to be true for the conditions. Since I live in Connecticut, I needed to travel to Country Hyundai in Northampton Mass. Since it was on a Sunday, I was sure I would feel no pressure from a salesman since the dealership was closed. Upon arrival I seen the vehicle in person and was very surprised at the price and the condition of all the used vehicles on the lot. Immediately I contacted the dealer via email and was contacted by Jason Vautor. to make an appointment to come out a see the vehicle. Soon after that the sales manager Omar Ali reached out to me. There was absolutely no pressure, Thank you Omar!! After my test drive I was introduced to Tim Kent. I highly recommend Tim Kent. Tim was not only a professional however he was very personable. He held himself accountable through the entire sale. His communication skills and experience took my buying experience to a new level. Thank you, Tim Country Hyundai should be extremely proud, to have you as part of the team. After meeting with Tim, I was introduced to the Finance Manager Chris Shultz. Chis wasn't the typical "sign here" and forget your name kind of guy after you leave. Chris actually gave advise and went above and beyond to shop for the best rate he can find. After he found the right bank, he called me into his office and introduced himself. Chris was excellent and gave me advise and educated me on many areas of the buying process, I walked away from his office feeling confident after signing all the paperwork. Thanks to the team at County Hyundai, I highly recommend this dealership. Whatever the team is doing keep doing it. This dealership is highly accountable and follow thought from the beginning to the end of the sale. Great job team. When purchasing a vehicle there are many options we have. What is most important is after the sale not just during the sale. There are not too many car dealers left that actually follow up 3 days later with a call and ask how the car is. Tim Kent called me 3 days later to ask how the car is. Now that's what I call being personable. Once again great job Tim. More

The pattern of my calls not being returned began Jan 2021 and has since continued through to the end of March 2021. I am missing a key and there is damage to the underside of my vehicle March 29th Sami call and has since continued through to the end of March 2021. I am missing a key and there is damage to the underside of my vehicle March 29th Sami called me back when she promised and got key situation handled. She has been lovely to deal with and really redeeming of the experience. April 10th I got key programmed and undercarriage damaged identified. Caitlyn in service remembered me from Jan thankfully and said the damaged piece will be replaced. The ladies of Country Hyundai are really turning around my experience thus far More

I purchased a vehicle from the dealership in August. During signing it was noted two small scratches were to be fixed by the dealership. Tim was supposed to call me and make an appointment with the body During signing it was noted two small scratches were to be fixed by the dealership. Tim was supposed to call me and make an appointment with the body shop. That never happened. In November I brought it in for service and spoke with him once again. He said he would get back to me. He left one message with no follow up or appointment made. No return calls. I finally walked in the dealership in December and spoke with the sales manger, Frank. Tim called me back the following week and said he was waiting for parts. It is now the last day of January and my car has not been fixed and my phone calls have gone unanswered. More
