I’m a little upset. I had a different sales person and he said I had to do all the filters and fuel thing but my car has literally 5,000 miles total on it. So my trust with you has been challenged for the first time In 5 years Also I purchased the oil change servuce 3 times and have never used it They said it was for my other bmw but I don’t think that is correct Needless to say, despite purchasing it you also charged me for oil change I’m disappointed in the dishonestly I felt for the very first time as. Used to brag about how on the up and up you always were - I no longer feel that way More
