This is a really unprofessional dealership. I took my car in for service under warranty and they provided no rental. They than kept the car for many days before even inspecting it. They did not fix my car in for service under warranty and they provided no rental. They than kept the car for many days before even inspecting it. They did not fix my issue and were awful in there attitude. The management was unhelpful and uncaring and the service manager was rude. If you want to be treated poorly than this is the place to go. But if you value yourself and your time than go elsewhere. More

I couldn’t be happier. Tara Browning and Tim OConnor are the absolute best. I was very overwhelmed about purchasing a new vehicle and this was the best experience buying a car in my life. 2018 Ford F-150 limited / Silver Upon stumbling across their dealership on the Internet, I checked out their inventory, and they had, BY FAR, the most extensive inventory of 2018 Silv Upon stumbling across their dealership on the Internet, I checked out their inventory, and they had, BY FAR, the most extensive inventory of 2018 Silver F-150's, for sale. Rachel, via the Internet Sales Staff, responded quickly, and politely. I had been dealing with Tim, and Michele, on different vehicles in stock. But alas, two out of my three selections were sold. They had agreed to hold a vehicle for me, until I was able to road trip from the Cleveland area, approximately three hours away. Michele was SUPERB in her efforts to broker a deal that we could both live with. She was genuine, and sincere. It was like dealing with my own daughter, due to her bubbly, and pleasant, personality. She went over all aspects of my new truck, since my trade-in was a 2006, and there is a HUGE amount of technology upgrades between then, and NOW !!! Tim was equally genuine and sincere, and he had agreed to negotiate on my trade-in. He is starting to talk "100's", and I am still locked into "1000"s". His dialog, and banter, were VERY cordial and refreshing. Eventually, we agreed upon a price that we could both live with. I did not LIKE it, but I could live with it. Gary, in Finance, answered all of my questions efficiently, and quickly. He took all the time that I needed to ensure that I was content. Any copies that I had requested were handed to me, almost immediately. Their entire dealership staff were very cordial, friendly, and outgoing, throughout my entire time there. By the way, the deli serves a GREAT sandwich, for those contemplation periods of negotiation. (Hopefully, Tim will eat the tab on THAT one). If you would like to relocate your dealership to Ohio, then, I will not have to travel as far, when I return, in TWELVE YEARS !!! See you then, and please, keep the light on for me. Thank you, ALL.
