As a single, elderly woman it can be overwhelming to purchase a car (the last time I did it was in 2004) but I actually felt very comfortable and had FUN!! The follow-up after buying the car was great - they didn't just "forget" about me. Tom in Finance made signing-my-life-away a whole lot more pleasant. Also, A very special Thank You to Mike Tears in the Service Department for fitting me in because I was already in your area (I don't live close to Suburban). I was actually going to buy from a Ford dealer that was much closer to me but after my experience at Suburban with these 4 gentlemen - Glad I didn't. Thank you Rosalie More

Great Customer Serice After doing some research I decided to purchase or lease a new Ford Escape. I went to Suburban Ford because it was the closest dealership to my home. I must tell you I do not like shopping for a new car, I tend to approach it with great dread. I immediately was put at ease when Tim OConnor approached me. His demeanor made the whole process effortless. He listened to what I wanted, showed me my options, and within minutes I was test driving a Ford Escape. Three days later I got a great trade in on my car and everything I wanted in my new car, thanks to Tim going the extra mile. More

Fantastic! So quick and easy!! I was home on leave and needed a new car. I spend two days at a small dealership near my home because it was close, I didn't get anything done in thos I was home on leave and needed a new car. I would go and sit while they did nothing to help me, just give me vehicles I didn't want, out of my price range, ect. So we took a trip to Suburban Ford and was in and out in 3 hours with a brand new Fusion with everything I wanted, for in my price range! It was such a lovely experience. I worked with Tim O'Conner and he was fantastic! Helped me find my exact car I wanted, the gadgets and gizmos, and had me in and out of there in no time! I can't say enough good things about this dealership and the staff! More
