Got my car serviced there and got a tire rotation as one of the services, a few days later I noticed something is digging into my front right tire causing it to show several metal threads, which should have of the services, a few days later I noticed something is digging into my front right tire causing it to show several metal threads, which should have been noticed when I got my tires rotated which they didn’t do because I’ve got a slow leak on my rear left tire which is in the same place. I don't agree with the Appointment process. Why make an appointment, and choose to leave and get my groceries or run arranes and come back for my car. I should be told my car was pushed back because I chose not to wait and your waiting room is full. They have the same opinion I have to make an appointment. The appointment system is not a good one at all. I also think if it is going to be more than 2 hours Loaners should be able. More

Everything about the dealership was really nice. But I made an appointment using your AI to get an oil change and state inspection at twelve o'clock PM,the exact same time your service technicians g But I made an appointment using your AI to get an oil change and state inspection at twelve o'clock PM,the exact same time your service technicians go to lunch. So as a result of that I, had to come back at 1:00 PM to have my vehicle serviced which took three hours so I was there with my fiance in her wheelchair for four hours. Then I was given a estimate of over six hundred dollars to change a side marker light for the vehicle to pass inspection. Under duress, I ordered a pigtail for almost eighty dollars and was going to have to wait three to five days to get the bulb which was twenty dollars put in for five hundred dollars, an estimated two hours labor. Needless to say,I got the bulb and the pigtail for fifteen dollars at a parts store and had the work done for one hundred seventy dollars. I would have paid your service dept two hundred dollars if they would have done the work the same day I got the oil change and inspection. At least the reinspection only took less than an hour and your waiting room was great. More

Service advisor was so awesome, addressed the issue that she hadn’t been able to address because of communication between her and myself.
