I experienced a very personalized, patient and consultative selling process from Tina Barber. She demonstrated and let me test drive a few models, discussed the broad range of Subaru Outback mod consultative selling process from Tina Barber. She demonstrated and let me test drive a few models, discussed the broad range of Subaru Outback models, presented, discussed, differentiated and positioned the various features and functions very well. She showed me how stock that Groove Subaru had in their lot. She sold me on the driving experience benefits of the Subaru Outback Touring and Limited models. In short, it was a great buying experience. Finally, when it came down to the key decision factor for me, price, and core products features, like the navigation electronics and the smart key features, she was patience. We worked through the pricing on two models and found the model that fit my budget best. Both Tina and the Dealership Business Manager, Grace, also did an excellent job selling, positioning and differentiating the various services packages that would fit my needs the best within my price range and budget. AND Tina showed me the Service Center and introduced me to a few service staff members. I closed a deal and walked away not just a satisfied customer, but really a delighted customer. I'd easily refer any friend or family member to Groove Subaru because of this buying experience. More
