Same with Andrew - he moved quickly but allowed me to take my time and he answered all of my questions. I feel i got a fair price on my my new car and a fair trade in for my old car. They went above and beyond as i forgot my checkbook so they arranged for me to drive my old car home and Sergio drove my new car to my house (30 mins and after hours) to ensure i got my new car the same day. Excellent service! More

I had a simple, straightforward, friendly buying experience at Groove Subaru. I had also been to a different Subaru dealer for a test drive and had a negative experience. I was able to put down a deposit remotely with Groove, and then the car even showed up a few weeks early. Arnaldo explained everything clearly in the documents matched what we discussed. On the day of the purchase, I got a tour of the service facility and he guided me through the main features of my car. The finance manager explained to me my warranty options but did not pressure me. Highly recommend, and will be back for regularly scheduled maintenance! I love my new 2024 Crosstrek sporting! More
