Tino’s outstanding approach to customer service falls short when I say excellent. The professionalism and honest approach was beyond excellent. Tino had our financing and paperwork completed before we showed up and had the new truck detailed and gassed up for us before we got there. We were trading in our old truck and the dealership quoted us a price over the phone. When we got there the manager that was going to look at our truck; came over and introduced himself first and gave us $500 more than what they told us over the phone. I would highly recommend this dealership. A refreshing change to the car buying experience, thank you Tino and Duvall for a great truck and wonderful experience!! More

I found the F250 online and called Tino to find more info about it. After talking to him an hour later he posted a youtube video of the truck for me as I lived an hour away from the dealer. After see the video I went to the dealer to look and test drive the truck. Tino went out of his why to make sure I was happy. The truck needed some repairs that the dealer fixed for free and Tino even filled it up ($100) with gas the three times I had to bring it back. Not your normal car dealer the one thing I didn't like was I bought the truck late at night almost closing time and the detail department was gone so my truck didn't get detailed. If a sale is almost a done deal near quieting time the detail department should be staying to make sure that customer is happy when they leave with there new car or truck. More

Overall my family and I had a great experience working with Tino Lebron. We started off working with another salesman that actually never got back to us probably because it seemed as though he could not g with Tino Lebron. We started off working with another salesman that actually never got back to us probably because it seemed as though he could not get a deal because of our credit situation and income. Tino took the time to help us when we had been searching for a new vehicle to fit our budget and family needs with a three year old and a newborn child. We did not have the best of credit nor circumstances and instead of turning us away( or not getting back to us) he took the time to get us financed even though it was very trying at times. There were points in our transaction that were a little bumpy for instance my husband forgetting his pay check stub at home on the counter (we live about 45 min away from the dealer) and Tino went above and beyond and met us half way to our home after hours just to ensure we got all our paperwork in so we could get the vehicle. Overall I would say he is a very honest and upstanding person and I and my family thank him and the dealership for working with us. More
