I met with Tino and also interacted with Chris and Matt. They were all very friendly and informative and were able to find a car that met my needs. I was treated with far more respect than I had received at They were all very friendly and informative and were able to find a car that met my needs. I was treated with far more respect than I had received at other dealerships where I was talked down to because of my (younger) age. Tino made an effort to make sure all the information he gave me was accurate, which I really appreciated, and also gave me a tour of the dealership, which was really cool to see. More

Hello, my name is Jared and this was my car buying experience at Duval Ford. I started the day out at Auto Nation Ford in Orange Park and left the dealership due to being told over the phone things th experience at Duval Ford. I started the day out at Auto Nation Ford in Orange Park and left the dealership due to being told over the phone things they could not deliver at the dealership so needless to say I was in a bad mood. I got to Duval Ford and was immediately greeted and brought to a sales representative which was Mr. Tino Lebron Jr, he was very helpful and worked with me every step along the way. He was easy to talk to and I did not feel any pressure at all I didn't feel he cut any corners or covered anything up to make the sale, he made sure he explained everything in detail and put it all out on the table. Tino was very knowledgeable of each vehicle I asked about and he always had an pleasing answer to each of my questions. He knew my budget and did his best to match it. He was very honest with what I could afford and took his time in making sure he would find the truck to fit my budget. When I thought all hope was lost and once agin I'd be leaving a dealership without a new truck due to my budget Tino introduced me to a great truck which was the F-150 STX. He did everything he could go get me a great deal and a fair offer on my trade in. Tino along with James Saale and Matt Tudor Jr got me into a great truck which I love, It is a very good truck for me to start out in and at a fair price. I highly recommend Duval Ford as a dealership and for a pleasant car buying experience and if you do end up in Duval Fords parking lots definitely ask for Tino to make your car buying experience more honest and fun. This is my very first car I bought at a dealership and I was very pleased at level of service and respect and I really felt I was a valued customer. More

From the moment we arrived at the dealership, Terrence and Tino were attentive and extremely helpful with the kind of car we were looking for. They even went online to check out other Duval dealers to co and Tino were attentive and extremely helpful with the kind of car we were looking for. They even went online to check out other Duval dealers to cover all areas. Tino went above and beyond in getting us in the exact car we wanted. I really couldn't be happier with the service. He had all of the paperwork processed ahead of time so I could just come in, sign and drive out. When I arrived, he was with another customer so Terrence immediately assisted me. The customer service is outstanding. The finance part was fast and friendly. We will absolutely be buying future vehicles from Duval Ford (and be calling on these same people) because we know the type of service is top notch. Thank you so very much! More

The deal on the car I purchased was straight forward and easy. Tino Lebron was friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about the Ford Expedition model. Chris Hayes was also friendly and efficient in working through the details of the financing. He helped me get a good interest rate with minimum hassle. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from Duval Ford. Based on my experiences I recommend the dealership. More

Greeted by a friendly sales person (Tino) who wasn't pushy, just positive and friendly. Asked about the E350 van and moments later I received a carfax and the keys. I explained that I also had a trade-in and he immediately explained the policy for 2 estimates from auto trader online and theirs. (they always go with the highest estimate) After a test drive, I returned and the estimate was done. We sat down and put all numbers on paper and Chris Smith explained options for financing but I was already pre-approved. Tino drew up required paperwork and explained that the financing manager Chris Hayes had to complete the rest of the paperwork and it should take about 30 minutes, meanwhile he would get the van detailed while we waited. (which he did). Very pleasant and stress-free process. Chris Hayes was very thorough and had me finished with paperwork about 20 minutes later. Tino also explained that Vince (Toy Manager) was not in but would complete all requests the next business day by setting up appointments. No pressure, no haggling just good customer service from all. More
