John Nesmith was great in helping with my GR Corolla repair! All the service staff are welcoming, kind, and helpful! John was very accommodating as I had to stay onsite for the repair. He offered me a r repair! All the service staff are welcoming, kind, and helpful! John was very accommodating as I had to stay onsite for the repair. He offered me a ride to and from a local city, to get lunch. Didn’t take him up on his offers, I walked to the local marketplace. He checked on me periodically with updates and his actions were genuine and sincere. I felt taken care of as a customer and another reason why I will continue to have my GR serviced at Toyota of Vallejo. I’m very happy that I purchased my car there as well!! Thank you! More
