We always ask for Sean when we go to Toyota Vallejo and because of his commitment to excellence, we drive all the way from Vacaville passing at least two other Toyota dealerships along the way! When I left the dealership as I was driving, I got an indication that my fuel tank lid was open. Seem like that should be rudimentary for someone to check. I was very unhappy that the person left that le indication that my fuel tank lid was open. Seem like that should be rudimentary for someone to check. After talking with the manager, I did not realize that the hood release button was right next to the gas tank button therefore, I sincerely apologize for the negative comments that I made regarding Toyota service. This was probably an honest mistake that was done by the technician. More
