We bought a 2017 Kia Sportage Turbo from Nissan in October of 2022. That in itself was a good experience. But on June 17, 2023 I brought the Kia in for an oil change. That evening there was a loud kno October of 2022. That in itself was a good experience. But on June 17, 2023 I brought the Kia in for an oil change. That evening there was a loud knocking in the engine. Long story short, Tito worked on our behalf with Kia and we just picked up our Kia this evening, only 15 days later, with a brand new engine at ZERO cost to us! Rental car and towing was all reimbursed! Tito was very instrumental in working for us as the middle man to make sure everything went smooth. I cannot recommend him high enough. Excellent customer Service. Thanks again, Tito! More

The team worked with us diligently, to ensure our needs were met. From detailing quick to paperwork. They were closing at 8 pm, and David Holloway was staying well after the lights went out (they really were!) just to ensure we were able to take our rogue home that same day! The service tech lied to us about what was needed for our car. The repairs they quoted would not have fixed our Pathfinder and would have cost us thousands more than what was actually needed. Replaced a batt car. The repairs they quoted would not have fixed our Pathfinder and would have cost us thousands more than what was actually needed. Replaced a battery that was fine and charged us an outrageous price for it. Beware of this dealership! More

Also, Tito from the service department has gone above and beyond in communication with us as a liaison between us and Nissan Consumer Affairs. He also provided us a complimentary rental car. We are very appreciative of all he has done. Now on to Nissan Consumer Affairs….they have been terrible!!!! We purchased an Altima that had a factory defect and on the drive home the sunroof exploded. We had to bubble up to Nissan corporate. They failed to escalate our issue, and have consistently failed to communicate with us in a timely manner and have missed multiple communication time frames. As of now, going on three weeks, we have no resolution on our issue and no car. Unacceptable! More
