Disappointed with recent service. Over an hour for oil change. Instructed no air filter or cabin filter and still well over an hour. As I stated in my other review we were looking at new vehicles on the lot and showroom and NEVER had a sales representative come up to us. Maybe need to change. Had owned 2 other RX’s, 1 GX and 1ES. He asked if I knew where the restrooms were & told me to help myself to some coffee, snacks & water. When he came back we sat in an office & we went over what was done to my car & he informed me that I had 2 recalls on my car that they addressed & I appreciate that.
