Justin in sales is stellar! The Eagle River Ford Service department is on their last leg with me. I bought a brand new F250 (order) from Justin, and I've had it in now 3 times f The Eagle River Ford Service department is on their last leg with me. I bought a brand new F250 (order) from Justin, and I've had it in now 3 times for issues with trailering - the main reason for buying the truck - and the issue still carries on and I cannot tow safely or effectively. Truck is pushing a year old and unresolved by them. I'm on my last leg and this would likely prevent me from buying or taking my truck for service there in the future, which is too bad, because Justin was amazing to work with. More
