My experience at Crown Buick GMC in Metairie was terrible. When I first walked in, the older gentleman at the front desk never greeted me, kept his head down on his phone, and then casually told the terrible. When I first walked in, the older gentleman at the front desk never greeted me, kept his head down on his phone, and then casually told the younger salesman, “You get her,” as if I was an inconvenience. That set the tone for the entire visit. Even though I expressed how uncomfortable that made me, I still allowed the younger salesman to walk me around. The next day I received a call, explained what happened, and later spoke with a manager. Unfortunately, the manager seemed more interested in reminding me that they’ve been in business for over 50 years rather than addressing my concerns or apologizing for the poor treatment. I walked in pre-approved and made it clear that I did not need my credit run, yet the most disappointing part was feeling judged based on my appearance — as if assumptions were made about what I could afford. That is unacceptable in 2025. Customer service should be about respect, professionalism, and listening to the customer. Sadly, none of that happened during my visit, and I will not be returning. More

I just bought a Yukon XL, AT4 from Crown through Toby, and it was a great experience. I was torn between a pickup and the Yukon, and Toby helped talk me through my decision, because I really wanted both! and it was a great experience.
