In my lifetime I've had about 20 new vehicles that I purchased, and this was the best sales experience of them all! I got a price for my trade-in by pictures I sent and the price they offered was the s purchased, and this was the best sales experience of them all! I got a price for my trade-in by pictures I sent and the price they offered was the same at the time of the deal. The price on the new vehicle was exactly as presented on the phone, without any added charges because of car shortages. The salesman David Castillo was SO patient and took time to introduce me to features on this SUV that were different than any other I've ever had, and Subaru has a lot of very nice features that were new to me. The time it took to do the paperwork was so much less than anywhere, and there were no hidden charges. I had the choice of any extra add ons I wanted, unlike other dealerships that make a buyer take all kind of add on packages. There was no hard sale or pressure at this dealership, and that was a first for me. After the sale, I've had follow up to make sure everything is going well and offer of a one on one class to come in to make sure I understand how everything works. Subaru's reputation of quality is a close match to the quality of sales at this dealership. I purchased the Forester (new). It was a hard choice between that and the outback, but I love the large front window view. More
