Kyler respected my time and did not flood my in box txt messages or voicemail with “what can I do to get you to buy X car today!” Just an occasional hi just checking back… as in 2 messages in 60 days VS 5 a day. Also unlike other dealers they have no BS up front pricing… even on the Much sought after WRX STI with no Market Adjustment $5000 dealer fee etc. If other dealers just treated their customers this way… I think customer relations would be mostly positive VS the negative we all have of most of them. If you are looking for a positive experience on the purchase of your next Subaru I can’t recommend him and his store enough. Definitely with the drive. More
