Having only recently moved here, I checked out multiple Subaru locations. The Superstore of Surprise was my favorite. I worked with Kyler and he made the experience painless for me. He was super friendly, really listened and cared about what I wanted, where my budget was and about me as a person, not just as another sale. He took the time out of his day to work with Todd, and Charles to find me exactly what I wanted. Kyler even came in on his day off to make sure I was happy and we made a deal! I highly recommend Subaru, the Superstore of Suprise and Kyler for anyone that wants a pressure free and easy car buying experience. More

But that changed yesterday when i went to Subaru Superstore of Surprise. I had done my research online and chosen the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I was quickly contacted by Dave Castillo and informed that they were open until six. Upon arriving I was greeted immediately. Mr. Castillo introduced me to John Peace. Mr. Peace took me to see the car I had chosen. He went over the many features highlighting safety and user friendly operation. The whole process was un hurried with no pressure. even signing the docs was relaxed without undue pressure. I highly recommend Subaru Superstore of Surprise. More

Our First Subaru Our family was in need of an additional vehicle. Several of our family members owned Subarus, so we decided to visit the dealership in Surprise. My Our family was in need of an additional vehicle. Several of our family members owned Subarus, so we decided to visit the dealership in Surprise. My husband initially met with Mark to test drive an Impreza and learn more about the vehicle and the dealership. We both went back and met with Travis regarding the same vehicle. We were especially impressed that the dealership was family-owned. Mark, Travis, and Todd were very friendly, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. We were immediatel My wife and I came to Subaru Superstore of Surprise, looking to trade in our '15 Pathfinder for either a 2020 Forester or Outback. We were immediately greeted by Kyler who showed us both vehicles and answered all of our questions. We ended up buying the Outback the same day and Kyler had us out in less than 4 hours. We received market value for our trade -in without having to negotiate. And even though we came in with approved financing, the dealership got us much better terms.
