Oil changes take multiple hours to do. This is way to long! Technicians are slow and messy, spill oil while filling and leave it. My inspection was not gone over with me like i seen the lady do with everyone els, i believe this was due to me making it clear in the beginning that i wasnt interested in buying any extras. This gives me the impression that you are only concerned about squeezing as much money out of the customer as possible just like the ridiculous 10 dollor shop supplies fee and not genuinely caring about the customers vehicle or safty. Ive bought multiple vehicles here and exclusively use you for all services. These past experiences are motivating me to choose a different dealer for both of my daughters upcoming purchases. Very disappointing! More
