The first tim was an oil change and tire rotation. This one was getting two brake pads and a new battery. These appointments shouldn't take 3 hours! The first time it happened I thought they were just having an off day so I let it go. But today I noticed appointments that had come in after me were finishing and leaving in just an hour. Yes, a dealership does exist where the customer matters. Over the years they have done everything to make the simple repairs and the major repairs go without any stress. Todd Eckard is hands down employee of the decade and they know that when the time comes I will get my next Toyota from them. After years of being treated second class by other dealerships I am so glad that I found Koons Toyota. More
