Best purchasing experience ever! We were just starting our search for a"new to us" vehicle and were told to ask for Mike Hahn At Bommarito Nissan by Bill, a salesman across the street We were just starting our search for a"new to us" vehicle and were told to ask for Mike Hahn At Bommarito Nissan by Bill, a salesman across the street at Bommarito Honda. Our hopes were to find a used Nissan Rogue to replace our 16 year old Lexus SUV.. Mike was wonderful to work with. We told him what we were looking for and although he didn't have a Rogue that fit our needs, they did have a 2011 Nissan Murano that was perfect for us with low mileage. I was smitten immediately but we played it cool, not showing too much excitement. We were very impressed with Mike and the way he handled the situation. There was no pressure and no games played. Todd Eversgerd came over and told us some history about the car we were purchasing, which made it even more special. The deal was reached quickly with a good trade-in offer. After a quick Starbucks and a bottle of water we finished the deal with Greg Frasca. It was like spending a day with old friends who were helping us buy a car! Todd Eversgerd is the reason to buy from Bommarito Nissan! I was in the market for 2 new vehicles for lease. Originally my wife and I were interested in the Nissan Quest minivan and the Nissan Leaf. I had deci I was in the market for 2 new vehicles for lease. Originally my wife and I were interested in the Nissan Quest minivan and the Nissan Leaf. I had decided to try a different approach to car buying that I think a lot of people these days are doing, and that was to negotiate a deal via email before stepping foot in the showroom. I found out very quickly that there are still car dealers out there that are only in it for themselves and the bonus they can make from the sale rather then for the customer. Many dealers I emailed with acted like it was impossible to arrive at a lease price through email. I needed to come visit the showroom and meet face to face. REALLY?! Waste my time driving all around town to only find out that the price is too high? Let's be real the price is already determined give or take a few variables. It just seemed to me like they were hiding something. I was beginning to get frustrated with my search. I had reached out to many Nissan Dealerships in the area, including St. Charles Nissan. I had previously leased two cars from them and had planned to be a repeat customer of theirs if the price was right. Unfortunately, I never even received a response much less a reasonable offer from them! Then, came my experience with Bommarito Nissan and much more specifically Todd Eversgerd. He immediately provided me with an offer for the Leaf and also suggested we look at different minivans because the Nissan Quest was being discontinued partly because of its terrible crash test ratings. He had suggested a Honda Odyssey or Toyota Sienna. Both of which he could sell me being that both dealerships were near by and part of the Bommarito Automotive Group. He even gave me prices for those vans along with the link to the actual model. I was already impressed. Not only that, his offers were lower then I expected they'd be. It seemed too good to be true. Especially based on some of my previous interactions with other dealers. Once I did decide on the Honda Odyssey I met with Todd to take a test drive. From that 1st interaction to the final signatures, the sale was handled with professionalism and efficiency. No run around just a pleasant experience all around. We feel we received the best offer and didn't have to spend hours haggling and driving from dealership to dealership to do so. I think that is partly because Todd has learned how to sell cars to the next generation of car buyers. The ones that are sick and tired of dealing with the tricks and run around that many dealers still think that they can pull off. It reflect in all of Todd's awards for top salesman month after month. If you are looking to buy or lease a Nissan, Honda, or even Toyota, Todd is the man to start with. I guarantee he will be honest and give you a fair offer from the get go, and isn't that what we all want in a car buying experience. More
