I bought a used Accord from Todd 5 years ago and enjoyed the experience of working with him in the past so I thought why not try something else...So I decided to buy a Nissan Altima for a change! The dealership was offering good pricing on '16 Altima's so I bought a new SV version at a much better price than a '16 Accord EX. Working with Todd takes the frustration of buying a new car experience away from the buyer and he's been doing this for so long we didn't waste anytime at the negotiating table...got the deal done quick and easy. My initial contact with Todd thru Bommarito's great online web site, led me to his partner Tyler, who did a great job showing me all the details about the car and signing the contract. He sat with me the entire time I was waiting my turn to get into finalize the sale with finance. It was nice to have a positive experience, for once, buying a new car. My last few purchases at local competitors wasn't nearly as nice. I will most likely return to Bommarito for future car purchases and highly recommend Tyler and Todd to my family and friends. Talking to Todd was more like talking to a friend helping me find what I wanted rather than him trying to push me toward what he thinks I should buy. He moved efficiently through a process that is usually so stressful for me while still being patient and taking his time to explain everything. This was by far the best experience I've ever had and I've bought 5 cars in 12 years so I'm no stranger to the process. The finance guy, Greg, was also amazing, personable, and no strong-arm upsell tactics -- just presented all the options and you decide what you want. I live quite far from Hazelwood but it was worth the drive for such a relaxed and fun car buying experience. It's only been a couple of days but I really like my new car and I know it was the right choice from the right dealership. If you're in the market to buy, or even just possibly thinking about it (I had no idea I was going to buy a car last week), talk to Todd. He won't hard sell or push you and the finance guy won't sit across from you with an intimidating stack of paperwork and fast talk you through the process.
