Kevin Hall did a lot of leg work on the used car purchase and found us a vehicle that fit the needs we had for our daughter. We returned to Kevin for our second New car purchase that we had a good idea on what we wanted and the price point with our trade in, he hooked us up with Todd Eversgerd at the Nissan Dealer and they found us the vehicle we wanted at the price we were looking for (model, color, option package). The whole transaction was seamless and stress free. Todd took the time to explain the operation of all the accessories to my wife and paired he cell phone with the car for the hands free phone operation. Second, my salesman Chris Colesworthy was very capable of his duties as a salesman, he showed me the large selection of used Altima's to choose from and then showed me the differences between each one and he let me do the selecting. We then took a couple of cars out for demo rides and he gave me the time to select the one I wanted and then he closed the deal. Great Salesman!! and pleasant all the way! His father Steve Colesworthy the General Sales Manager is one of the very best I've met, very personable, he makes you feel like you're at home, you could not ask for any better! What a pleasure!! Then there's Greg Frasca, he's great and he knows his stuff for his side of the business (all of the finalization of the paperwork and payment). Then you have Lou as the (trade in king) as I would call him, he is great and knows his stuff. These guys are all absolutely great and work together extremely well. My daughter was trying to buy her first "new" car and was given the run around at two local dealerships. After many tears and unprofessional words, we ended up purchasing the new car through Todd. His word was GOLD! He quoted us a deal over the phone, and did not waiver a penny. He was honest, compassionate, and truly willing to do whatever it took to sell the car. I see why he is the leading salesman for Nissan.....(82 cars in one month! Way to go, Todd!!) Matt's sincerity, credibility, and trustworthiness is what seperates him from other sales associates we've dealt with. Additionally, Todd in the finance office was equally as pleasant to work with. We felt that Todd was truly working in our best interest. We were again shocked after obtaining a lower interest rate loan than we expected to achieve.
