I really like this dealership but was dissapointed with the charge on this visit.

Recently experienced a breakdown with my 2023 GMC Sierra

They had me come back in and get a loaner vehicle, as this type of repair will take weeks. Not Happy with GM itself for the quality of this truck, but at least the dealership is trying to make it right. Hope the truck is as good as new when I get it back? Really glad the dealership gave me a loaner without any problems.

To say that the service that is rendered at the dealership is the best you'll get for your vehicle, and all services are priced accordingly is simply not true. There are pleanty of places. Yes, one would think for a little more money that the service would because of GM product, GM dealership for service is done better. As it should be, but please don't gouge the customer that wants the best for their vehicle.
