The car, a 2022 Lexus ES 350, could have been prepped much better. When I got home, I soon found the hood struts were worn out, the car was low on oil, there was visible overspray on a collision repair, much better. When I got home, I soon found the hood struts were worn out, the car was low on oil, there was visible overspray on a collision repair, and body panel clips were not properly installed. None of these by themselves are serious issues, but collectively they looked like a rush job just to get the car out the door. Secondly, the sale process took way too long, especially for a cash sale. The final finance / paperwork lady was very nice and helpful. More

We had an inexperienced new salesman who did very well but was not very familiar with the car or features. This did not cause a problem negotiating the price but it did take longer to understand the featu but was not very familiar with the car or features. Cody was professional, personable and listened to my needs & wants in a new car without talking over me. He was VERY knowledgeable yet did not go over my head explaining things.
