Having been a Service Director at a large Car Dealership, I would never purchase a vehicle without talking to the Service personal first to ask about any problems they have had with the model I am considering, how long it takes to schedule a routine service appointment or a service warranty problem. The service personnel were wonderful in taking the time needed to fully inform me on all I wanted to know. Deciding then on the Mazda CX-5, I talked to General Manager Julie Kimes that connected me to Sam Moun and Todd Jacquay that were outstanding during the buying and delivery experience. My Dealing with Business Finance Manager Dan Ringenberg was also outstanding and informative. If the car lives up to my expectations then this experience could not be better! More

Worth the drive! I found my Mazda on Autotrader.com.The car was a new listing so there wasn't any pictures.I asked if I could get some pictures and Sam was very prompt I found my Mazda on Autotrader.com.The car was a new listing so there wasn't any pictures.I asked if I could get some pictures and Sam was very prompt on sending me some.He said it was in good condition but I am very picky.He assured me that he didn't want me to drive 3 hours and be disappointed.I think he was selling it short.The cx 9 was in excellent condition.I couldn't be happier with our purchase and experience with the dealership.When we closed they offered me a extended warranty but there was no pressure to purchase it.Definitely enjoyed working with Sam and everyone there Highly recommend them More
