I can not stress this enough...And to HEINRICH HILGER, th Let me just start by saying, O'daniel is not just all it is hyped up to be - It is better. I can not stress this enough...And to HEINRICH HILGER, the salesman who went above and beyond for me, Thank you so much! Ok, So being a young adult and my first-time financing anything, I prayed people would be sympathetic to my situation...Only problem is my credit report is basically a whole lot of nothing. Obviously since places like EZ Car Credit are a joke, I decided to try a dealership. My experience varied. So to save everyone time and a future headache... here it is: MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AT GLENBROOK DODGE("GBD") VS O'DANIEL GBD: Initially went to Glenbrook... I have never been so lied to and deceived by an establishment. I was told i just had to "bite the bullet", being my first time. Lowest apr they could get me (at my price range) was 17%?? So i asked about brand new. Answer? 12%. A brand new automobile year 2016, valued at over $30k, never even been driven, and not a single bank was "willing" to beat 12%. I honestly think I could get a better deal from a loan shark if I tried. I was honestly so offended by Glenbrook that it turned me off from the market, so I almost didn't even bother to look anymore. Well thankfully I made one last attempt after hearing about Heinrich at O'daniel O'DANIEL/MAZDA (SALESMAN: HEINRICH HILGER) While there is something about the atmosphere at O'daniel that is very realistic and down to earth, no one contributed to this image more than Heinrich Hilger. This is a man of absolute integrity and genuine care for his client's situation. He told me to tell him exactly what I wanted. So i did: I wanted the lowest APR possible. (I was thinking under 17%...) And by God, he somehow got me an apr under 5%. And with an easily affordable monthly payment. Not only that, but it was all for the exact car I came in looking for in the first place (2013 chrysler 200 limited v6, and only 40k miles). What in the world he did I do not know. But it's as simple as that. He asked me to tell him what I wanted - so he went and got it. At GBD, the guy immediately took ME straight to a vehicle.. and one way out of my price range. At O'DANIEL, HEINRICH had me take HIM to the vehicle of my choosing. If it was going to be out of my budget, he would let me know right up front. And we would proceed to the next of my choosing. He is the ideal version of a salesman we all want, except he actually exists! By the way - This guy was so awesome he was even willing to come in on his days off for me if need be. Just the most honest, caring person I have ever done business with. Hard traits to find in today's world. To anyone reading: do not take this with a grain of salt. I know the stress that comes with finding a vehicle. I just waited around for almost 2 years before I made a decison. Allow my longer than necessary experience on it to help you shorten your own. If you are in the market, obviously go to O'daniel, but more importantly, do exactly this: ASK FOR HEINRICH HILGER. IF HE IS NOT THERE, ASK WHEN HE WILL BE, AND LEAVE. THEN COME BACK WHEN HE IS. I give you my word. You tell him what you want, and he will make it happen. And to HEINRICH HILGER, Thanks again for everything!!! More

Matt has been a great low-pressure salesman who always seemed honest and trustworthy with a desire to make sure that I found the right car at the right price. Matt followed up with me on numerous occasions (at my request) to let me know about specials and promotions. I finally purchased and I am very pleased with my purchase of a new CX-5. I have always had a great experience dealing with the service center on my previous vehicles and the combination of great sales teams and great service teams will make sure I shop O'Daniel first whenever I have a new vehicle want/need!
