Heinrich Hilger was our salesperson and not only was he very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, he also took extra time to show us features of the new car that we didn't even know existed. In other words, he had a very good idea of what types of features we, as a family, would use and made sure to demonstrate and point out things which were VERY helpful. I got a flat tire on Illinois Road right before I turned into the Mazda car lot for the very first time to look at their cars. Junior, in particular, was very helpful in assisting me to change my tire. This was not something that I expected. This kindness did not factor into my decision to ultimately choose a Mazda over other models that I was considering. However, I found this helpful and fair attitude to be consistent throughout the sales/bargaining/financing processes.
