Crown Sales & Service are Awsome since 1999! My first purchase at Crown was back in 1999 and it was a new E320. Then for my second Crown Mercedes I purchased my first "used car" ever, i.e. "pre My first purchase at Crown was back in 1999 and it was a new E320. Then for my second Crown Mercedes I purchased my first "used car" ever, i.e. "pre owned, certified" E320, and it was an excellent 160,000 mile experience. Now I just purchased my third Crown Mercedes from Ken Stuart. The best way to describe him is that he is the "quintessential" salesman! However, my reason for continuing to buy from Crown is due to their "exception service" afterwards, A.K.A. Todd Johnson. And he introduced me to Ken and the rest is history. Ken is low pressure, detail attentive, personable, and provided a very thorough orientation to the technology of my new purchase. Thank you Ken! PS Wayne Michalak was a pleasure to work with also.
