Poor customer service Bought a used suv from Todd with a bad fob and was told that would cost around 200 dollars to replace. He would not call me back. Took it to another ford dealer, they reprogrammed the fob for 50 bucks. Big dealer no help. Small dealer Godfrey ford in Greenville very helpful. More

I honestly hate buying cars! Ferrando Ford had given my daughter and son-in-law a great deal so we decided to try them out. We were not disappointed! I have had many different Ford cars over the years so daughter and son-in-law a great deal so we decided to try them out. We were not disappointed! I have had many different Ford cars over the years so no one had to sell me on Fords. But we still had the whole car buying "thing" to get through. We met Todd and he was fabulous. We felt like he was honest when he was showing us the inventory and helping to close the deal. I just really wish car buying didn't include the ridiculous visit to the manager when the salesperson disappears for a few minutes and comes back from "Oz" with your deal. It is a waste of time. I have bought cars over the phone and through email. Empower your salespeople to close a deal. More

They sold me a broken car and would do nothing to fix it and were not nice to me when I called them. I know it as is but I couldn't even get the car home the night I bought it.
