Excellent service I had a terrific experience shopping for my SUV, and that says something since I hate car shopping! Todd was my sales rep. He was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, very personable and best of all no pressure! I highly recommend him. Devin a newer associate who works with Todd did a great job to. He took us out in the car and answered all our questions. What impressed me about this young associate is that he didn’t try to answer a question that he didn’t know the answer to! When we returned from our ride, Todd was there and Devin mention each question that he couldn’t answer and Todd did! Devin is a keeper! When I decided to buy I met Paul who went over all the financing with me! Again, very knowledgeable. When it came to discussing all the warranties, again no pressure! I had a great team of individuals to work with! I’m very grateful! Car buying isn’t so bad when working with Todd, Devon and Paul! Thanks guys! More

First time I ever felt unwanted at a dealership I will start by saying that Terry, the salesman I started with, made me feel that he didn’t want my business. I have never been to a dealership where I will start by saying that Terry, the salesman I started with, made me feel that he didn’t want my business. I have never been to a dealership where they basically asked me to leave. I bought a brand new 2019 Ford Edge that has been sitting on their lot since last year. The car build/ship date was August 2018. The car had a very noticeable vibration when the brake was applied. All I asked was for the problem to be fixed, which they did take care of by replacing the front rotors, but my husband also wanted the tires balanced, which they refused, saying they were all in with what they could give me on the car and their profit margin was depleted. At that point Terry told me that it was nice working with me and have a nice day as he pointed to the door. I was shocked and speechless for a moment, then I said to him that I could not believe that you were letting a sale walk out the door without trying to sell me something else? By this point, Todd, the second salesman that had been helping me, took over the sale. It was a pleasure working with Todd, I feel as if he was more knowledgeable about the car I was buying. He did apologized for Terry‘s actions and statements. I wish I would have started with Todd to begin with. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in buying a car. More

However, when we drove it, the engine light was on and power windows weren’t working, we called again and talked to Todd and wanting these problems fixed and was told by Dana they would not fix it, that your not a Chevy dealership, but we could bring truck in and have it paid to get fixed, really, this is unexceptional. We have a 30 day warranty, the engine light is on...I will not be recommending this dealership More
