Went in to see about a slow leak on passenger side rear tire- turns out it was nail in the center of the tire. Todd had me in/out within an hr as promised-as a walk in. Napleton is Average I wasn't pleased with Todd who serviced my Vehicle. After waiting an extended time which I was fine with knowing from previous Maintenance. He however, did not come and Notify Me m serviced my Vehicle. After waiting an extended time which I was fine with knowing from previous Maintenance. I took my car in because it was making noises when I drove it I waited 4 hours for them to tell me what could be the issue after I had to remind them that I was there. Miraculously they said they could drove it I waited 4 hours for them to tell me what could be the issue after I had to remind them that I was there. Miraculously they said they could have it fixed before closing which was in 45 minutes to an hour but after driving out of the dealership the car was still making the same noise. After trying to reach out to my service representative multiple times I still have not heard back from him And that was two weeks ago. I really don't believe any service was done. More
