Long story short I ended up downgrading my 2014 RAM for a 2008 Ford but it meant all my needs... and no hassle with arguing about price and/or trade in value. They allowed me to take to my local mechanic to ensure no known issues in the future. All necessary items for paperwork was done ahead of time so all that was needed to do was to sit for a few minutes to sign the papers... and the process was complete. I appreciate all involved in the process and especially Becca as she was the "face/voice" of Deur Speet which went flawless for all buying aspects. Thank you Becca! More

This is the first time I have ever been able to say I have worked with a dealership that offers all of the above. I am so impressed with Todd, Jay and Becca that my wife and I are planning on buying our next vehicle from Deur-Speet. That is saying something since we live a five-hour drive away. It also speaks volumes since we have 5 kids at home and will need a lot of help in the near future when it comes to vehicles. We purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 Big Horn. The truck came as advertised for a price well below what other dealers were advertising. While I fought my way through Chicago traffic (an experience in and of itself), Todd and Becca worked on short notice to add a tonneau cover. Despite showing up at 6 pm, when the dealership closed that day, Becca stayed well after close to show me all the features of the truck. Todd drove me across town to drop off the rental, and Jay didn't try to "up-sell" additional financial products. The price we agreed on over text and email was the price I paid. The gas tank was full, the truck runs like a dream and I can't forget to mention the sense of security that comes from a lifetime powertrain warranty that is unique to Deur-Speet. You might be saying, "This can't be true!" Wait, there is more. I picked up the truck and drove it straight home to Wisconsin. Todd, texted me early the next morning to make sure I returned home safely. I have never received such care and attention from a dealership. Duer-Speet Does Not Sand By Their Recall Fixes Management and mechanics refused to fix the mal-function of a vent switch recall they had done unless I signed a contract agreeing to be charged $85 i Management and mechanics refused to fix the mal-function of a vent switch recall they had done unless I signed a contract agreeing to be charged $85 if they felt it was not their mistake. The problem is a "snapping" sound when you close the driver side window, the door that is involved in the recall fix! There was no "snapping' sound prior to their recall "fix". I tried to go to management to get them to support me in having the problem fixed. Management said they would come out to our car to look at the problem with me. Instead they sent out a mechanic to say the recall 'fix" only involved disconnecting and re-connecting a wire attached to the rear vent window switch. Did the mechanic think I am stupid? Chrysler would not publish a recall fix involving only dis-connecting and re-connecting a wire leading to a switch! I have purchased three new vehicles from this dealership. I will no longer be a customer! More

It didn't just consist of checking the computer, but verifying the keys were actually there. When we arrived, it was raining, Rebecca had the car pulled into the service garage so we could look at it and stay dry. She was very helpful in answering any questions we had. During the purchasing process, she spelled everything out so there were no surprises. Several other employees at the dealership stopped by to say hi while we were there and all were quick to ask if we needed anything. The overall experience was a great one and I'd highly recommend working with Deur-Speet. More
