They have serviced our previous vans, we felt comfortable dealing with them again. But we wanted to get the best price so researched on line and talked to other dealerships. Jay Luchies was very patient, he sent us info on line which helped us make decisions, but there was very little pressure. Todd Schuiteman came out to talk to us, again only comfortable pressure. Really mostly just giving us info to help us make decisions. Paperwork was easy, Nick Sparks quickly gave us financing options. Only thing that would have made sitting in his office more comfortable would have been maybe a little glass of 'Josh'. We left with a beautiful van with exactly what we wanted and needed. They even went the extra mile to find the color of interior we liked. Good experience. More

Not a normal experience!!! How many times have you visited a car dealership and felt overwhelmed, pushed and a little uncomfortable. A sales person comes out smelling like an ashtray and "dressed to impress" or should I say scare you. Well that is absolutely not the feeling in Freemont Mi. at Deur Speet!!! The people were all impressive, dressed to make a deal, down to earth and made this the absolute best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. The dealership is CLEAN, BRIGHT, nicely laid out and inviting. Perfect small town with great inventory. When a vehicle I was hoping to look at was sold prior my visit they promptly found the exact truck I was looking for at the price I wanted without any crazy back and forth haggling. It was a simple yes it works from both sides. When I buy again will I go there???? Absolutely I will!!! I honestly and truthfully have to say Thank you for the best ever buying experience!! More
