"No" wasn't an option. Wonderful? Excellent? Great? All good words to describe our experience working with Deur-Speet. Although, they don't really add up. Epic, comes to min Wonderful? Excellent? Great? All good words to describe our experience working with Deur-Speet. Although, they don't really add up. Epic, comes to mind. "Why haven't we gone there sooner?", trickles in. What started out as a service call on a different vehicle, ended it the most epic vehicle purchase in our history. Working with Jay, Todd, Nick, and a slew of others, they found the perfect truck. At one point it felt like everyone was helping us find The Beast. ( Yes, I named my truck.) I had very specific criteria and wasn't about to budge on some options. There was talk of having one build from the factory, but that's a 6-8 week wait. Who really wants to wait for a new vehicle? But they did it, they found it hiding in a lot in Detroit. They did their dealer to dealer "tricks of the trade" and I only had to wait the weekend to pick up the new ride. Jay is a phenomenal sales rep. ( Salesman seems so...1980) He's very personable, funny, easy to talk to, goes above and beyond. No, more then that, he has answers before you know you have a question. He calls, texts, during the sale to keep us updated, and has continued to keep contact even after the purchase. Jay is awesome. Simple as that. He got me my truck, with all but one feature which was ok, and we were off to talk to Nick. Nick, he was suppose to tell me no. Can't get it financed, can't get the payment we wanted. Can't get a good interest rate. But apparently, Nick doesn't understand the word "no" either. Got the financing, great interest rate, and the payments were within $5 of what we wanted. Way to go Nick!!! Worked with Todd on the trade-in. "WOW! REALLY?!" Was the reply I gave him when he showed me the number. Was a couple thousand, yes, thousand more then I thought we would get. Not sure why we never went to Deur-Speet before, but I'm certain we will continue to go there, for service, and we will be recommending them to other who are in the market for a vehicle, new and used. Truly, the experience we have had with the entire team brings back the age old term, Customer Service. More

I have also owned a variety of other models, among them two Mercedes, two Volvos and a few non-Chrysler American brands. As a lifelong car guy I know good treatment when I experience it! Deur Speet is amazing. Always consistent, always accommodating. And they always lead with the best price. My most recent purchase was a loaded up 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland which I love. Shortly after that late 2014 purchase my 24 year old daughter purchased a new 2015 Chrysler 200. As always, the Deur Speet people don't fiddle with the pricing, or the trade-in allowance; they simply offer the vehicle at the best price the very first time. I never bother to negotiate anymore on pricing since I know they give me the best figure right from the start. I truly appreciate this organization and their treatment of me and my kin.
