We drove approximately 60 miles to check out a car my husband saw online. Kim greeted us and told us the car had just come in and was at the detailer. She walked over to bring it back so we could look at it. We decided to purchase it but my husband noted a couple issues. Todd was willing to work with us and exceeded our expectations. The whole atmosphere was friendly and family-like. Todd had instructed everyone to "take good care" of us. But I have no doubt they would have even without his instructions. Kim continued to be in contact with us all along the process. My husband says if we need to buy another car it will be from Duer-Speet....it's well worth the drive. Oh, and of course, they have an exceptional greeter: Ozzie the yellow lab. What more can you ask for?!? More

My fun, new to me used car I had decided I needed something to drive with good fuel mileage. I wasn't seriously looking but window shopping for something used. Spotted this I had decided I needed something to drive with good fuel mileage. I wasn't seriously looking but window shopping for something used. Spotted this used Hyundai on the lot and stopped to look at it , contacted Kim Rasch to arrange a test drive. Kim is great to deal with and set me up with no problems. I drove the car and liked it but still needed to think about it. No pressure at all from Kim or the staff. When we did decide we wanted the car. Kim and the Schuiteman's were very easy to deal with and gave us a fair deal right off the bat. This is at least the 7th car we have purchased at Deur-Speet and never felt like we got a bad deal. Even though it doesn't apply to this car yet. the service department is pretty nice to deal with too. More

One great buying experience! I visited Deur Speet to look at used Ram 1500 pickups. I had been emailing with Becca and Tom who had been looking for me. My wife, Mary and I met w I visited Deur Speet to look at used Ram 1500 pickups. I had been emailing with Becca and Tom who had been looking for me. My wife, Mary and I met with Becca on Thursday, July 25th. What a great experience dealing with Becca. Very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles that we were interested in. We talked used, leasing, and buying new after I told her that I had a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado to trade in. I had no intention of buying a new Ram 1500, but after more conversation, appraisal of my vehicle, Becca suggested that we drive a 2019 Ram 1500 on the lot that closely fit what I had been looking for. She said that "I think that you will like this one", and she was right! Long story, short, I ended up buying a new 2019 Ram Big Horn pickup, and drove it home today, July 26th. Thank you, Becca, you were awesome to deal with. Also, Tom and Jay, and service employees were great to work with. Thank you. More

We drove down from Custer MI to shop and were very pleased with Kim and Todd (Jay not so much, lacked knowledge of factory warranty and was condescending to me, directing his conversation to my husband. BTW it is my vehicle, and my money.) I would highly recommend Kim and Todd to anyone looking for a good Ram truck. More
