After a few conversations, we put money down on a vehicle we never saw in person. We weren't quite sure about the color (Ivory Tri-Coat), but we were assured there was no requirement to buy if we weren't happy when we got there. Ed made sure all the details were ready for the day we arrived. It was dark and snowing when we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised to find the vehicle inside the dealership where it was warm, dry, and brightly lit. The vehicle was extremely clean, in excellent condition, and the Ivory color was even better than the pictures Ed shared with us! After taking the vehicle for a test drive, we came back to the dealership and found the paperwork ready to go. It was the far and away the best and fastest experience we've ever had. We are delighted to show off the Deur-Speet license plate holder on the car. Great work guys!! More

Have been buying new and used vehicles at Deur-Speet since 1994. "Family owned experience" is what keeps me coming back. Though my favorite sales associate had retired I knew our most recent shopping ex since 1994. "Family owned experience" is what keeps me coming back. Though my favorite sales associate had retired I knew our most recent shopping experience would be excellent as usual. We have a 20 year old daughter who was looking to purchase her first vehicle on her own. Took her in to meet with Todd Schuiteman and quickly realized that their was little doubt she was going to walk out of there with a quality vehicle for a fair and honest deal. Todd has helped my wife and I purchase countless vehicles with the help of his staff over the years. Todd introduced us to Rebecca Thompson and the 2 young women hit it off instantly. Rebecca was quick to ask what exactly we were looking for and our budget. She listed no less than a dozen cars and SUVs that fit what we had in mind. After showing interiors, engines, options, and countless test drives of different makes and models our daughter fell in love with a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Rebecca worked hard to make the sale price affordable for our daughter's budget and still left some room for Todd to throw in a "repeat family/customer" discount. So... it was off to meet Jay Luchies the finance wizard! Jay made it extremely easy for us. No hard questions or caughing up your last nickle for the down payment. He knew the rates and terms from the best available local lenders just like we expected. He made quick work of the forms and processed the whole deal in no time. We walked out of Jay's office over to Rebecca and Todd who were waiting to greet us with the keys and a friendly smile! I was never in doubt of where to take our daughter for her first big purchase in life. I'm confident she will look back at the entire experience as a positive one and will realize the value in "family friends" like everyone at Deur Speet in Fremont. Thanks! The Hyma Family More

Making Friends is just as rewarding as making a purchase. I guess I needed a bigger truck. Well, maybe not 'needed'. I already knew the truck I wanted. It needed to be new, it needed to be big, it needed t I guess I needed a bigger truck. Well, maybe not 'needed'. I already knew the truck I wanted. It needed to be new, it needed to be big, it needed to be powerful, and it needed to be LOADED! I spent a lot of time looking, then decided to just order one. Kim Rasch was the lucky one who got to 'wheel and deal' with me. Not always an easy task. Todd and Tom both helped with the trade-in. First, I thought they came in a little low on the trade, but Todd did an excellent job of discussing it, and helped me to understand that things aren't always worth what we think they are. Items that we think are Priceless aren't always Priceless. I know I got a good deal with my trade-in. Kim then helped with the Financing. She sent the information to Jay, and he did some kind of magic trick, and came in with a monthly payment that Bill Gates would have turned down. Geez, Jay! Help a buddy out. So he did. Kim and Jay searched, and scrapped and hunted for every little dollar off the purchase price. Then, of course, Jay did his little pitch for the extended warranty and all that Jazz. Yeah, we added it. Still, came in with a monthly payment, and an interest rate that is going to work out really well. (Personally I think Jay is paying part of my bill, I just can't prove it.) But we signed all the papers and we were off. So.... I mentioned Kim a couple times.... What can one say about Kim Rasch? Truly, to get all the information and praise into one review, it would take more than one person to do it. (There should be a choir walking around behind her singing all day.) First, I wanted a new Ram 3500 Dually Limited. Yeah, fully loaded. Kim sat down and we went line by line adding all the bells and whistles. Making sure it had everything I wanted. She was extremely patient and a treat to work with. She placed the order and said she would keep me updated. Then we waited...... And waited.... And waited.... OH! A text from Kim, the truck was on the schedule to be built. YAY!!!! More waiting....... Another Text... It's in Paint.... Then it was in trim....It's being shipped!!!! She was all over it. She checked every day, Sent texts giving me updates every morning. (I think she was just as excited about the new truck as I was) Shipping took a little while, and I think there was a moment, when Kim was just as impatient as me, and was willing to drive and pick it up herself. (Ha! A road trip would have been awesome, but the idea was turned down who has time for a road trip?) I think Kim missed her calling. Sales, yeah, she's not just good....She's amazing... Kim was always positive, always smiling, and always willing to help. Maybe she should be a motivational speaker. (She could make a Michigan fan happy after loosing an important game.) From start to finish, Kim was at the forefront, making sure everything went well. Whether you are buying new, or looking for something used, shoot, if you're just looking around cause you're there for service. Stop in and say "Hi" to Kim. She'll make your day better. (She's that good.) You spend so much time in your life dealing with Customer Service, but Kim isn't just in Customer Service, or Sales. She becomes a friend. Dealing with a friend, makes the whole thing FUN. I've had the new truck a couple days now. It's better than I even expected. Heck yeah, I recommened Deur-Speet for your next vehicle, and I HIGHLY recommend talking to Kim Rasch. You won't be disappointed. More
