The experience far exceeded our expectations. Ed Smith was instrumental in getting us the vehicle we wanted. We drove about an hour to the dealership, and everything was ready to go when we arrived. Tom Barrett (and trainee Danielle) knew every single feature of the vehicle we bought, and made us feel confident about the decision. Every team member seems to go above and beyond, even Caitlyn in scheduling who is making special arrangements for shuttle service for us. All around great experience ~ thank you all! More
