Bait and Switch I came across what looked like a really good deal for a used Nissan Juke. While researching it, i came across bad dealer reviews saying the price lis I came across what looked like a really good deal for a used Nissan Juke. While researching it, i came across bad dealer reviews saying the price listed included rebates they did not qualify for and that the price went up $2000. In an effort not to waste my time, I corresponded with one of their online sales staff and asked them if the price included any rebates. They said no. I went and test drove the car on Friday and liked the car. I asked the sales guy about the price and he said it was what was advertised. I go back the next day with my daughter to have her test drive it. She falls in love with it. We sit to start talking numbers and sure enough. He came back and said that price includes a $2,000 dealer loyalty rebate. I tell him that is not what is advertised and I would like to see where it says that. The sales manager says I will show you on the computer, but then says the computer is not working. He goes to the back room and comes back ten minutes later with a piece of paper with an add for a Nissan Sentra where it clearly states that the price includes the dealer loyalty rebates. I told the sales manager that that was specific to the vehicle being advertised. He said no it is company policy.. If that were the case they would have standard language saying that, not one from a specific vehicle. I get it, i have read car adds before and they clearly state what is included in the price being advertised. Whether it is legal or not, it is very deceptive. Not to mention, I asked if that were the case prior to going to view the vehicle. These tactics are what give car salesman a bad name. I will say that the sales guy was apologetic, but the sales managers were snakes. More

Incompetent and rude I traded in my vehicle for another car almost one year ago. I was very happy at the time but the past 6months have been one big nightmare. They did not report returning my car and I have been receiving bills and collections notices stating I owe the company money on a car that I Already RETURNED! I tried to resolve this issue several times to no avail. When I called Nissan 46 and finally got in contact with someone I talked to Troy Lockett who was completely unhelpful. He said "if you want me to go to work for you over a phone call, its not going to happen". How about a paying customer that will never do business with your shady business again. He tried to force me to come in and present evidence that I was being wrongly billed. In this day in age why would he be unable to look up my information on the computer and resolve the issue without wasting more of my time, money, frustration, and effect oby credit. I will never do business with these incompetent people ever again, and do NOT recommend you do either. More

This is not my first car being bought from Route 46 Nissan, but the courtesy and professio I am ecstatic to share my experience with Route 46 Nissan. This is not my first car being bought from Route 46 Nissan, but the courtesy and professionalism never ceases to amaze me. It is for the superior customer service that I consistently pick Route 46 Nissan over the Nissan dealership that is less than one mile from my house. Thomas Bastardo was my Salesman and Schuyler Miller was the Sales Manager. I don't think either of the gentlemen could have been nicer or more knowledgeable about the car and the buying process. We discussed all options including financing and arrived at the one that was best suited to my needs and financial situation. The price was SIGNIFICANTLY better than at all other dealerships in the surrounding area. Schuyler and Thomas were truly a pleasure to deal with and made the process of buying a car a quick and painless experience. I would be remiss not to mention the help of Jamie Rusignuolo, the internet sales manager who was pleasant, responsive and otherwise completely "on the ball" when it came to this transaction. This is exactly how Route 46 Nissan continues to earn my business. I would highly recommend both gentlemen to anyone looking for complete satisfaction in the car buying process. I have no doubt I will be back in a couple of years for my next car! More
