I’m only writing in regard to my service appt today. My husband dropped my car but I picked up. This was my first visit in the new layout. Walking in….where do I go? I stood there for a couple minutes before I asked someone where the cashier was. They informed me my advisor was my cashier and he sits “ over there”. When I finally found his name tag, I discovered his “ lunch” tag on his keyboard. After wandering a little more I walked into an office asking for help. I miss the warmth and professionalism of the old dealership. The luxury is gone. Tom is great by the way. He is a great advisor and advocate for Lexus More
