I have been in the Bar/Restaurant, Night Club Industry most of my life. I have been in the Auto/Motorcycle Sales and Product Development as well. I have combined my love for people and Automobiles to create a pleasurable experience for all my guests. Customer service and satisfaction is one of my main attributes. I say what I mean and mean what I say. I am always available for all my guests and will answer all questions asked. If I don't know the answer I will research it and then answer it. I married late in life and doing so I made a great choice in a my wife as a life long partner! Besides Automobiles, Motorcycles and Restaurants (eating) I collect Watches. Living and enjoying life and staying in good health is very important to me and at 60 I am going to fight every day to stay on top of the game of life!

Servicing the ‘08 was not a Top notch, always a great experience at Ferman BMW. I went in for service on an ‘08 and left with a ‘16 CPO vehicle. Servicing the ‘08 was not a sound financial move. Minimal effort on my part; Outstanding effort by everyone else, I was provided with a deal I couldn’t refuse... pretty much a no brainer. More
