Really need to watch what you're signing. Because I was misled on the price. Was told I was getting internet pricing when I really didn't get internet pricing. This was my first experience buying a car on my own. Although the choice was mine I was supported in all my questions and thoughts. My salesman, Tom Berges kept in touch with me over the next two days as to the progress in getting my car ready For delivery. Without question Tom offered to pick me up and bring me to Pick up my car when it was ready. As he promised, it was in A-1 condition absolutely perfect !! All in all it was a very pleasurable experience and you are not just left there. The follow up is just as supportive as the whole experience…. After stopping by almost every dealership in the area, I found Ferman BMW to be the best option. Their stock was much greater in new and used inventory, with options for every price range.
